All orders ship within 2-7 business days depending order volume unless stated otherwise. Five Rose Apparel (Kay Pier Creative) currently only ships within the United States.

Custom orders may take up to 14 days for shipping.

 

Five Rose Apparel (Kay Pier Creative) will accept returned items up to 30 days after purchase. Custom orders are nonrefundable. All returned items must be returned in the same condition as it was delivered. All items are carefully inspected for faults before shipping. Customer must pay for return shipping unless stated otherwise. All shipping charges are non-refundable unless otherwise stated by a member of Five Rose Apparel (Kay Pier Creative). Your refund will not be processed until the product has been received by Five Rose Apparel (Kay Pier Creative).
